The Eaton NZM1-XUHIV480-525AC undervoltage release is designed for use with NZM Series molded case circuit breakers and integrates with NZM1 breaker assemblies. A 480–525VAC control-voltage rating identifies the electrical range intended for operation. The stated voltage range applies to the control circuit and supports fitment in systems operating within that range. Two early-make, normally open auxiliary contacts support interlocking, load shedding, and emergency-stop applications. Its modular design allows straightforward installation as part of an NZM1 breaker assembly. During manual operation, the release provides early switching (~20ms) before the main contacts. The unit is suitable for global use with IEC-compliant systems.
